Coping

You have now finished the first step in the bravery of reporting a sexual or physical assault. The next step is getting back to living your life. The aftermath can be a very sensitive process and looks different for each person. Some people feel sad, mad, confused, guilty or even numb. There is no one perfect way to cope, but you are invited to complete any of the five exercises to help you to cope.
